The Bone Bus is Coming to Bungendore – 2nd to 5th June
The Bone Bus is a mobile bone density service offering bulk billed osteoporosis screening for eligible patients. Their team uses advanced DEXA technology to detect low bone density and help reduce the risk of fractures through early intervention.
To access this service, you will need a referral from your GP. Once you have your referral, you will need to book your appointment directly through the Bone Bus website or by calling their team.
Eligibility
Bone density scans are typically bulk billed for people over 70 or those with certain medical risk factors. If you’re unsure, your GP can advise whether you qualify.
