Our much-loved Dr Cross will be taking some well-earned annual leave over the coming weeks, and while she’s away, we’re pleased to let the Captains Flat community know that Dr Chris will be continuing her fortnightly visits on Tuesdays, ensuring there is no interruption to care.
Dr Cross has been visiting Captains Flat fortnightly on Tuesdays for many years, and we know how much the community appreciates her ongoing commitment. We’re confident you’ll be in excellent hands while she’s away.
Meet Dr Chris
Dr Chris completed his medical training in Scotland before moving to Canberra in 2018, where he has worked in Emergency Medicine, completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Emergency Medicine, and began General Practice training in 2022.
He brings several years of experience in both General Practice and Emergency Medicine, and is currently working toward his fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
Dr Chris works with us here at Bungendore Medical Centre and also teaches at the ANU Medical School in Canberra, where he’s researching GP leadership.
He enjoys the variety of general practice and is happy to see all patients. Please note that Dr Chris does not currently perform skin or women’s health procedures.
We know the Captains Flat community will give him a warm welcome while Dr Cross enjoys a well-earned break.
