All certificates must be issued after a consultation with your doctor — either in person or via eligible telehealth.
Please note:
Certificates cannot be backdated
Certificates are only provided if the doctor determines they are medically appropriate
As legal documents, medical certificates must meet certain standards. If you need one, please book an appointment via HotDoc or give our friendly reception team a call.
