Due to recent changes within Medicare, before a patient can be bulk-billed for a telehealth/telephone appointment, GP’s must obtain written consent to do so.

Therefore, from now on, when you have a telehealth or telephone appointment, you will also receive a request for written consent.

This request will either come through HotDoc, or via email.

You must complete a form for each individual appointment.

We will not be able to Bulk-Bill you without financial consent.
