We are pleased to invite you to a free community event on ‘Staying Smart in a Digital World’, to be held at 10.00am on Thursday 30 October at the Bungendore Community Centre.
This event has been made possible thanks to a grant from QPRC, driven by the Bungendore branch of the CWA in partnership with Bungendore Medical Centre.
Speakers include:
Kylee Dennis – Two Face Investigations
A former NSW Police detective, Kylee now uses her expertise to expose digital predators and educate communities, particularly older women, on protecting themselves from online and romance scams. Her mission is simple: to empower, educate, and eliminate scammers, one story at a time.
Katharine Routh – NBN
Katharine will share practical tips on avoiding online and phone scams, advice on what to do if you are ever a victim of a scam, and where to go for further information.
This is an excellent opportunity to improve your digital safety skills, ask questions, and connect with others in our community.
Tickets are essential and can be claimed by clicking on this link: https://www.eventbrite.com/…/staying-smart-in-a-digital…
We look forward to seeing you there.
