Well done to all who attended last weeks parkrun at Bungendore Common.
We were thrilled to see so many locals turning up and especially proud of the efforts of the BMC team in volunteering their time to the event.
parkrun is a free event and is open to all. We must stress – it is not a race. Just a diverse group of people enjoying some fresh air and the opportunity to invest some time in their physical and mental health.
The event will be running again this Saturday at 8am, and most Saturdays thereafter.
